We have been working with Capital One Removals for several months now and have always found them very accommodating. Even at short notice, Sofia and her team have been able to fit in our requests and it’s great to be able to offer this service to our customers. We were provided a very reasonable quote after one of their staff members visited our flat to get a realistic idea of contents. They were very flexible with the date and time we required. A very professional and friendly staff removed contents of our flat within an hour and off loaded it 200 miles away. A very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this company for home removals. RN

Very friendly and knowledgeable team from CapitalOne Removals. The crew worked hard and tirelessly throughout the day. They showed up on time and packed up everything carefully and professionally and started loading as we had a long journey ahead of us.They done a fantastic job in moving us from Ascot to Manchester. All items were delivered in the rooms as labelled and beds were reassembled so we did actually have a bed to sleep on.I was very impressed with the removal crews attention to details and I would highly recommend their service.

Service was outstanding, very professional and courteous.
Moving is supposed to be stressful. With CapitalOne it was actually fun. The team leader Ali can pack a van like a jigsaw puzzle. Nothing was going to move there, that was for sure. Ali's first words to me was " do not get stressed" and I didn't. The three guys worked so hard, but were very friendly and obliging. The only breakage was the garden gnome which fell from the back of my friends car which my husband had put there. As you can imagine it caused great hilarity amongst us all. Yes at the end of the day we were all tired, but everything was in it's place, and no stress. To sum up, CapitalOne Removals are a very friendly, helpful and professional team. From the lady on the phone Faye, to the packers and unloaders they are the company to move you. And one small point the price is exceptional. The quote you get is for the complete move, which includes all the boxes, paper, and tape.
